2022 and Beyond
Effective 30th June 2022, Austech Saw & Tooling will no longer be randomly calling into customers for Sharpening pickups, which means our drivers won’t stop by if we are not informed ahead regarding your sharpening request in any way.
Why are we making this change?
For the past several years we have brought significant growth and transformation to Austech Saw. While we have become more streamlined at processing our sharpening pickups and drop-offs, we have increasingly struggled to fulfil sharpening collections that came from our drivers’ random calls. It has resulted in an inefficient collection schedule which has escalating fuel and labour costs due to the inefficiency.
For more than 30 years, we have always worked hard to keep prices down through investment in automation and overall efficiency. Our mission is to deliver quality sharpening which allows your tools to be recycled over and over. Our goal is always to pick up your sharpening on time, maintain our competitiveness, and reduce your sharpening costs. It is a critical move to meet our expectations and standards. Standards that you have come to rely on.

By booking sharpening online, not only does Austech guarantee our customer service representatives will stop by and collect your sharpening on time, but also you will receive a 15% discount.

- Type in your location to check your pickup day.
- Login to your trade account or registered account. (Not registered? You can either register a web login first or directly type in your pickup information.)
- Check or edit your pickup information and submit your sharpening request.
