Callington Machine Cleaner is a concentrated, water-based, degreaser and cleaner. It is biodegradable, non-flammable, economical and safe to use.
In engineering workshops, it is suitable for cleaning central systems before new sample trial, between fluid changeover, e.g. milling machines, CNC machines by recirculation. Callington Machine Cleaner contains rust inhibitors. It is also suitable for cleaning the machine surrounding floor.
It is suitable for professional pressure cleaning of road vehicles, railway, mining and large earth-moving equipment.

The following procedure outlines are provided for your assistance. The procedures should be followed prior to any trial of new fluid or when contamination predicates dumping the sump.
1. Add Callington Machine Cleaner to existing coolant at the following proportions:
Dilute WBD at 5% for new Machine.2. Recirculate coolant/cleaner for approximately one hour, or as long as necessary.
3. Drain cleaner, scrape and clean sump. Note: Look for areas of entrapment or "dead" spaces in sump.
4. Fill with clean water and recirculate, or provide thorough rinse/dump water.
Make sure all the foam from Callington Machine Cleaner is thoroughly rinsed away.
Repeat step 4 until the foam is completely cleared.
Charge the machine coolant system withnew fluid.
